Once you have a contact name in your database you can send postal mailings easily and anytime you want to. Later, when you get an email address, it's easy to add. Bottom line, the quicker you can get your contact names (customers, prospects, referral sources, and others) into your database, the sooner you can start sending messages. Then the quicker you can write orders to folks that hear from you!
